Giddy Up & Pour Mobile Bar brings a fun, charming and memorable mobile bar experience to your event. Our converted horse trailer creates a unique gathering place while keeping beverage service organized and inviting.

Owner Kelly Dobbins brings experience in wedding coordination, party planning and event decor to every celebration. From beverage planning and a customized shopping list to setup, service and cleanup, the goal is simple: make the beverage side of your event easy so you can enjoy the day.

THE DETAILS

We've got the little things.

We provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count, service time and selected drinks.

Travel25 miles included. Beyond 25 miles: $1.50 per additional mile, round trip.
Extra servicesAdditional service time starts at $150/hour. Additional bartender/bar staff starts at $250. A self-serve chilled water station with cups and seasonal fruit garnish can also be provided for a $75 flat rate.
BookingSigned service agreement + 30% non-refundable retainer reserve your date. Balance and final guest count due 14 days before.
Trailer accessSafe, reasonably level, accessible area with 110V power within 100 feet. Generator rental can be arranged.
Cancellation: The booking retainer is non-refundable. More than 60 days before the event, payments beyond the retainer are refundable; 30–60 days before, 50% of payments beyond the retainer are refundable; less than 30 days before, all payments are non-refundable.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. The client purchases and provides all beer, wine, hard seltzers and liquor.

Can you serve hard seltzers?

Yes. Hard seltzer service is included with all staffed packages. The client purchases and supplies the hard seltzers.

Do you provide mixers?

Pony Pour and Giddy Up include standard mixers needed for the two pre-selected signature cocktails. Mixers for additional mixed drinks are supplied by the client.

Can you pick up ice and soda?

Yes. Pickup can be arranged for an additional service fee plus the cost of supplies.

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes. Giddy Up & Pour bartenders are TIPS certified and committed to responsible alcohol service.

Can I rent just the trailer?

Yes. Park & Pour is designed for clients who already have their own bartender or beverage service.

Is power required?

Yes. The trailer requires a 110V power source within 100 feet. Generator rental can be arranged for an additional fee.

Where do you travel?

Delivery is included within 25 miles. Beyond that, travel is $1.50 per additional mile, round trip.
